We assess eligibility, shortlist universities, file scholarship applications, prepare the visa dossier and embassy interview, and stay with the student through arrival and their first job. Every stage is written down before you commit to anything.
Four questions gives an indicative reading: which intake you should target, which scholarship categories your profile can realistically be filed under, and what documents to start attesting now.
Indicative only. A counsellor reviews your actual transcripts before any application is filed — university and CSC criteria change each cycle.
Open any stage to see what we do, what the family provides, and how long it typically takes. Nothing moves to the next stage until the previous one is closed.
Engineering, business, computer science and MBBS programmes are widely delivered in English, with Chinese language taught alongside for daily life and employability.
We shortlist only universities whose degrees can be attested and equated in Pakistan — the check happens at stage two, before applications, not after graduation.
Government, provincial and university-level funding runs in parallel. A single profile is usually filed into more than one category to spread the risk.
| DESTINATION | TUITION / YEAR | LIVING / YEAR | PROOF OF FUNDS | WORK WHILE STUDYING |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| China | 2,200 – 5,000 | 1,800 – 3,600 | Lower | Campus / permitted with approval |
| United Kingdom | 17,000 – 28,000 | 12,000 – 16,000 | High | 20 hrs / week |
| Australia | 18,000 – 30,000 | 14,000 – 18,000 | High | 48 hrs / fortnight |
| Türkiye | 3,000 – 9,000 | 3,000 – 5,000 | Moderate | Restricted in first year |
Deadlines fall in different months, which is the whole reason we start the file early. A rejection in one category does not close the others.
The flagship route. Filed either through a university (Type B) or the embassy channel, with tuition, accommodation and a monthly stipend typically covered on a full award.
Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei and others run their own funds, often less contested than CSC and tied to studying inside that province.
Faculty and president's scholarships, awarded from the university's own budget. Rolling in many cases, which makes them the practical fallback for late applicants.
Programme-specific funding attached to engineering, energy, logistics and agriculture disciplines, with Pakistani applicants explicitly in scope.
Award decisions rest entirely with the scholarship bodies and universities. We prepare and file the application; we do not promise an outcome, and no consultancy honestly can.
The full directory filters by city, programme level, teaching language, tuition band and scholarship availability.
Institution names are shown for orientation only and do not imply endorsement. Programme availability, language of instruction and fees are confirmed against the current university handbook at stage three.
A two-line quote in the student's own words about the stage that worried them most, and how it actually went.
A parent's line here works even better than the student's — about the cost, or the first phone call home after arrival.
Keep one story that started with a weaker profile and a pathway year. It is the most persuasive story you have.
The city matters more than the university for a family's monthly budget. These are on-campus-accommodation figures for a student living modestly.
| CITY | HOSTEL / MONTH | FOOD / MONTH | TRANSPORT & OTHER | MONTHLY TOTAL (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beijing | 130 – 220 | 150 – 200 | 70 – 110 | 350 – 530 |

| Zhengzhou / Jinan | 60 – 110 | 100 – 140 | 40 – 70 | 200 – 320 |
Answered plainly. If an answer here differs from what a counsellor tells you in the office, the written stage document is what governs.
Ask us something else →Forty minutes, in the office or on a call, with the student and a parent present. You leave with a written shortlist, a document checklist and a stage-by-stage timeline. No fee, and no obligation to proceed.
Have the student's last transcript and CNIC or B-Form to hand for the call. Nothing is charged and nothing is filed at this stage.
